Core Responsibilities

  • Build and develop an A-Team of role players who work together to keep the daily operations of our fleet, facility, warehouse and supplies to ensure that all departments have the required resources to deliver for the customer.
  • Develop systems and process to ensure that peak effectiveness and efficiency is routine.
  • Anticipate and respond to rapidly changing needs and priorities. You and your team are ready for nearly any eventuality so that our staff always has the needed support to deliver for our customers. And you never let them see you sweat.
  • Maintain a highly functional and pristine facility - extremely well organized and stocked with the necessary resources to allow team members to operate effectively, efficiently and comfortably.
  • Work with the lead team to establish processes and communications that enable the client services team to set proper expectations for customers regarding deployment, scheduling, service and maintenance of vehicles.
  • Facilitate strong and consistent communication between the support services team and the other internal departments.
  • Deploy vehicles that meet DOT and other applicable safety standards.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors as warranted by demand need.
  • Develop training materials and facilitate training for support services team.
  • Ensure that all established cost, quality and delivery commitments are achieved.

Experience / Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience leadership/people development record of success with a team of not less than 10 individuals.
  • 3 years of project management experience and record of success
  • 5 years of experience and record of success in a dynamic, high performance operational role - effectively adjusting plans on the fly to deliver results in an environment of multiple changing priorities.
  • High level of aptitude with basic office software tools including the google suite - excellent spreadsheet skills are a must.
  • Experience and record of success working as a player/coach, working to put systems and processes in place, working as a member of the team
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
