We have an immediate opening in the Philadelphia market for an experienced, professional, energetic and positive tour driver for Aardvark Mobile Health. Position will involve operating a large, branded DOT vehicle, vehicle maintenance, set-up, and break down.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive and maintain custom 26’ box truck (DOT)
  • Can commute to Conshohocken, PA to pick up and drop off truck
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety of the vehicle (Pre/Post Trip Inspection)
  • Proactively schedule vehicle and generator maintenance 
  • Daily event setup & breakdown includes opening/closing custom vehicle, event set-tents/tables/chairs etc) 
  • Manage inventory supply and purchase additional supplies as needed 
  • Responsible for site check of activation site
  • Troubleshoot and overcome challenges as they arise
  • Monitor weather and make weather related shut down decisions as necessary
  • Aardvark POC onsite 
  • Reporting
    • Track expenses and submit bi-weekly reports

    • Inventory Management

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Preferred 3+ years experience driving oversized vehicles in Philadelphia metro area  
  • Clean driving record
  • “Of Service” mindset to client 
  • Friendly, optimistic, self-motivated personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Mechanically & Technically inclined
  • Energetic - standard week-5 activation days a week with 2 days off however, additional (2) maintenance days a month (extra pay for 6 days a week)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on the fly
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Event Marketing experience preferred but not required
  • DOT Med Card a plus!
