We have several immediate openings across the continental U.S for experienced, professional, energetic and positive tour drivers for both experiential programs (Aardvark Mobile Tours) and locations (Aardvark Mobile Health). Multiple programs start soon and will involve operating large, branded DOT vehicles, vehicle maintenance, set-up, and break down.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive and maintain large vehicle (includes either DOT-small trailer/Pick up truck(non CDL) or 26’ box truck) Please specify when you apply
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety of the vehicle (Pre/Post Trip Inspections)
  • Daily event setup & breakdown includes opening/closing custom vehicle, event set-tents/tables/chairs etc).  Set up varies per program.
  • Purchase and replenish consumable supplies as necessary
  • Manage inventory supply and purchase additional supplies as needed
  • Responsible for site check of activation site
  • Troubleshoot and overcome challenges as they arise
  • Monitor weather and make weather related shut down decisions as necessary
  • POC onsite
  •  Reporting
    • Track expenses and submit bi-weekly reports
    • Activation Photos
    • Inventory Management

 

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 3+ years event/ event marketing/ project management experience
  • Preferred 5+ years experience driving oversized vehicles including Pick Up Truck and trailer experience (non CDL)
  • Clean driving record
  • “Of Service” mindset to client
  • Friendly, optimistic, self-motivated personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Mechanically & Technically inclined
  • Energetic - Long days, possibly 7 days a week (Additional pay for 6th or 7th day)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on the fly
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • DOT Med Card a plus!
