We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our rock star Tour Operations team. If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding position in a fun, fast-paced, rapidly growing organization, this could be the job for you! The  Program Manager will lead a “mission control” team for our mobile tours operation in cities across the US. You'll work directly  with the field tour operations staff and internal support team to provide guidance, direction and logistical support, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.

core Responsibilities


  • Responsibility for assigned programs, setting clear expectations/standards to ensure
    customer satisfaction and financial success
  • Train, coach, support and inspire Tour team members so they have everything needed to be successful
  • Lead cross-functional team(s) to ready tour for launch and provide optimum execution throughout the tour
  • Interview, hire, train and provide daily management/support for drivers and tour staff
  • Ensure 100% DOT compliance for all assigned tours
  • Build and manage relationships with customers and key contacts to support daily operations, inventory management and tour scheduling
  • Manage and direct drivers/field staff to ensure that vehicles are maintained and repairs are resolved in a timely manner
  • Responsible for program reporting, event and KPI tracking, and budget compliance
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Some travel required

Experience / Qualification


  • A minimum of 3 years project management experience with a solid foundation in process and procedures
  • At least 2 years experience managing a team of 3 or more direct reports
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a customer facing role
  • 1-2 years experience of accountability and demonstrated success in managing a budget
  • A better-than-average level of mechanical aptitude. Able to remotely coordinate vehicle
    maintenance and assist your drivers with troubleshooting repairs
  • Must be self-motivated, reliable, with the ability to prioritize multiple competing demands
    with minimal daily supervision
  • A passion for finding ways over, around or through barriers to success
  • A true team player – willing and able to assist with whatever is needed on short notice -including ability to put in long hours, work some weekends and fill in for drivers when needed
  • Strong computer skills and spreadsheet-based analytical, budget tracking and reporting capability - expert in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
