We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our rock star Tour Operations team. If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding position in a fun, fast-paced, rapidly growing organization, this could be the job for you! The Program Manager is the “CEO” of the mobile tour they are assigned, managing all aspects of the program. They are responsible for the overall success of the Tour, including timely and accurate execution of all tour obligations per the scope of work, managing budgets and meeting targeted program profitability. Program Managers are the primary POC for the customer, responsible for all customer communication and satisfaction. In addition, they are the liaison between internal departments (production, support services, and accounting) to provide guidance, direction and logistical support. Program Managers also oversee the hiring, onboarding, and continued development of contracted tour staff on their team.

Core Responsibilities

  • 100% responsible for assigned programs and adherence to overall program execution; production, launch timeline and budget requirements per the scope of work
  • Lead cross-functional team(s) to ready tour for launch and provide optimum execution throughout the tour
  • Primary point of contact for customer, build rapport and manage customer relationship to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Fully responsible for program budget, expense tracking, and incremental costs approval forms
  • Interview, hire, train and provide daily management & support for drivers and tour staff
  • Develop, coach, and inspire drivers and tour team members so they have everything needed to be successful and continuously develop
  • Manage, approve and process tour drivers payroll, expense reports and AMEX
  • Ensure 100% DOT compliance for all assigned tours
  • Responsible for program reporting, event and KPI tracking, & post tour recap review
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Some long days, weekends, and travel may be required

Experience / Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of business experience in a customer facing role
  • A minimum of 3 years project management experience with a solid foundation in process and procedures
  • At least 3 years experience managing a team of 3 or more direct reports-Add hiring etc.
  • 3 years experience of accountability and demonstrated success in managing a budget
  • “Of service” mindset, go the extra mile to improve the experience of others
  • Must be self-motivated, reliable, with the ability to prioritize multiple competing demands with minimal daily supervision
  • Strong problem solving abilities, a passion for finding ways over, around or through barriers to success
  • Flexible, being able to pivot when needed quickly
  • Extremely well organized and experience in managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present to Senior Management and Executive level positions
  • A true team player – willing and able to assist with whatever is needed on short notice -including ability to put in long hours, work some weekends
  • Strong computer skills and spreadsheet-based analytical, budget tracking and reporting capability - expert in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
