To ensure that we have the very best personnel to fuel our rapid growth we are in need of a highly experienced, resourceful, innovative, independent and highly-driven Recruiting Manager ROCK STAR. We require new sourcing strategies to find A-Player individuals who aren’t necessarily even in search mode to engage with us to explore the fantastic, fun, fulfilling and challenging opportunities that Aardvark has to offer.

Core Responsibilities

  • Finding great candidates for both open positions and our virtual bench - for HQ and field positions (Independent Contractors) - targeting active and passive candidates
  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport
  • Refining and maintaining our applicant tracking system - including process flow, applicant status, and active / non-active database

Experience / Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of full time work experience.
  • 5 years of experience and record of success building and leading the recruiting function at a small fast growth organization. 
  • 2 years of experience and record of success recruiting for a highly selective, high performing company.
  • A high level of skill and excellence in:
    • Passive candidate sourcing
    • Candidate screening
    • Creating comprehensive job profiles
    • High level of proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, text sourcing, Facebook, Twitter and other proactive recruiting tools.
  • A personality characterized by Integrity, energy/drive, likability, resourcefulness, tenacity
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
