Core Responsibilities

  • Creating a sourcing strategy for HQ and field positions
  • Finding great candidates for open positions and our virtual bench
  • Managing the employee referral program
  • Employer branding, our Careers page, and creating engaging job ads
  • Building and maintaining a database of candidates for field positions (mainly mobile tour drivers)
  • Conducting initial candidate screening so only the best candidates get presented to hiring managers

Experience / Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of full time work experience.
  • 2 years of experience building and leading the recruiting function for a smaller, fast-growth organization.
  • 2 years of experience recruiting for a highly selective, high-performing company.
  • Bachelors’ degree is preferred.
  • Experienced and excellent at:
    • Passive candidate sourcing
    • Candidate screening
    • Creating comprehensive job profiles
    • Experienced using tools such as LinkedIn recruiter, text sourcing, Facebook, Twitter, and other proactive recruiting tools
