Aardvark Mobile Tours is the undisputed leader in the fast paced experiential marketing industry. We work with the largest brands in the world (and their agencies) and have a unique family culture you won’t find anywhere else. We’ve grown tremendously over the past few years and our future looks even brighter. In fact, we’re almost finished building a brand new multi-million dollar headquarters just west of Philly in a town called Conshohocken.  Aardvark was one of 38 companies on the Best Places to Work in Events list from 2015-2017.

To ensure that we have the very best personnel to fuel our rapid growth we are in need of a highly experienced, resourceful, innovative, independent and highly-driven Recruiting Manager ROCK STAR. We require new sourcing strategies to find A-Player individuals who aren’t necessarily even in search mode to engage with us to explore the fantastic, fun, fulfilling and challenging opportunities that Aardvark has to offer.

We don’t use that rock star term lightly - Aardvark is a performance culture and you will be expected to rapidly take our hiring process and results to the next level. We need a recruiting professional that is so knowledgeable, so capable, so relentless and so passionate about recruiting that it becomes a sustainable strategic advantage for Aardvark. If you are the best, you know it and are truly up for the challenge, then we want to hear from you.
