We're seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead one of our rockstar Tour Operations teams. The Senior Program Manager will lead a “mission control” team for our mobile tours operation in cities across the US. You'll oversee the Program Managers and Program Coordinator, providing support and guidance on Budget, Program requirements and Field Staff oversight, as well as ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify areas of improvement, revise, and implement process and procedures within Tour Operations department
  • Develop Talent within the Tour Operations team. Coach, mentor, and assess program managers and coordinators
  • Lead/train program managers in TopGrading best practices for use in the hiring of drivers/tour personnel
  • Supervise the management of the day-to-day operation of assigned programs and staff, ensuring compliance with AEL standards, SOW deliverables and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor program KPIs, metrics and budget to ensure that program manager is operating within AEL standards and Customer expectations
  • Develop rapport with operational lead on client side to manage the relationship and confirm ongoing client satisfaction
  • Work with program managers to monitor budget and pass-through on a monthly basis
  • Support and audit payroll and expenditures
  • Ensure 100% DOT compliance for all assigned tours
  • Market visits and spot checks as needed

Experience / Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of business experience in a customer facing role
  • A minimum of 5 years project management experience with a solid foundation in process and procedures
  • 5+ years experience managing a team of 3 or more direct reports
  • 5+ years experience of accountability and demonstrated success in managing a budget
  • Must be self-motivated, reliable, with the ability to prioritize multiple competing demands with minimal daily supervision
  • A passion for finding ways over, around or through barriers to success
  • A true team player – willing and able to assist with whatever is needed on short notice -including ability to put in long hours, work some weekends and fill in for drivers when needed
