We have an immediate opening for a highly experienced tour manager/driver on a year-long national program.  The is a great opportunity to join a high-profile tour.  The tour manager will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day field operations and logistics.  You will work very closely with the Program Manager to ensure alignment on all events and procedures.  The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive experience as a tour manager with the ability to implement and streamline systems and procedures.

  • Responsible and accountable for the successful load in and load out at all events
  • Manage all onsite venue contacts and additional vendors
  • On site Point Of Contact for the client during activations
  • Achieve all the client’s goals and objectives for each event
  • Ensure all equipment and vehicles are maintained in showroom condition at all times
  • Ensure that we continue to maintain a record of zero missed or late events
  • Assist the Program Manager and execute any requests as needed
  • Compiling and submitting detailed Post Event recaps
  • 100% compliance with all DOT rules and regulations
  • Responsible for tour reporting and reservations
  • Assist with tour routing



The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Tour Manager
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team
  • A passion for the mobile and event marketing industry
  • DOT certification, CDL preferred
  • Ability to remotely troubleshoot and solve time-sensitive problems
  • Friendly, positive personality
  • The ability to travel 100% of the time
